Sandra Kelley has specialized in Residential Real Estate in the Greene County area since 2000. She was a loan closing agent before this and has a solid background in different loan and mortgages that are available for a buyer. She attended The College of Charleston (SC), majoring in business and marketing. This has helped her in marketing different types of residential properties. She has been a Million Dollar Producer since 2001 and a Silver Level Award of Excellence (closing over 2 million dollars in real estate transactions) since 2003 and a Gold Level Award of Excellence (closing over 3.5 million dollars in real estate transactions) since 2005.

Sandra is very active in the Paragould community.  She is a member of the National, State and Paragould Board of REALTORS® where she is the Executive Officer and a member of several committees. She has helped raise money for Special Olympics through the REALTORS® Association and helps with Special Olympics events. She has been a troop leader of a local Girl Scout troop for several years and is now an Assistant leader of a Cub Scout pack. Sandra also enjoys coaching a youth soccer team. She is also a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and helps out at the school.

She is a firm believer in education and has proven so by obtaining the GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designations, certified At Home With Diversity, and GRLA (Graduate Realtors Leadership Academy). She is currently working on the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation, which only 4% of REALTORS® nationwide have. Sandra believes that you can never know enough--there is always something more to learn and experience. Because she feels this way, she never stops attending class and seminars on the latest in real estate marketing.
